Who's This Skinny Bitch?

My name is Christina and I'm 28 years old living in Orlando, FL but originally a Jersey girl.  I've struggled with my weight all my life it feels like.  On October 17, 2011 I had lap-band surgery which has changed, and probably saved, my life.  It is important for me to note that I have to put in A LOT of work on my end to make the band work for me. Some people may think that because I had weight loss surgery, I took the "easy" way out.  To those people I say it is a tool, not an end-all, fix-all, to a weight problem.  I have had to change my lifestyle completely, but it has been so worth it.  I hope that my blog can help others who may be struggling with their weight.  Whether you are considering surgery or not, I try to give an insight of my habits, my struggles, and what has helped me on this journey.
